1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Coin Sage, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users regardless of plan (FREE or PRO).

2. Description of service

Coin Sage is a cryptocurrency portfolio management app that allows you to:

• Manually record and track cryptocurrency assets.
• View real-time prices and market data via CoinGecko.
• Configure price variation alerts.
• Calculate capital gains and generate tax reports (PRO users).
• Access rule-based portfolio suggestions (not financial advice).

3. Not financial advice

Coin Sage is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial consultant. All information displayed — prices, variations, suggestions, tax calculations — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Investment decisions are solely the user's responsibility. Coin Sage is not liable for financial losses arising from the use of the app's information. For tax matters, consult a qualified accountant or tax professional.

4. User account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• One account corresponds to a single user — account sharing is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.

5. FREE plan and PRO plan

The FREE plan is free and subject to usage limitations (maximum 5 assets and 3 alerts) and includes native ads.

The PRO plan is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) that removes limitations and ads, and unlocks exclusive features including tax reports. Subscriptions are processed by the app store (Google Play or App Store) through RevenueCat. Cancellation can be done at any time directly in the app or in the store settings, with no penalty or lock-in period.

We do not offer refunds, except as required by Google Play or Apple App Store policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to third parties.
• Use scripts, bots, or automated means to access the service.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service's servers and networks.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.

Price data is provided by the CoinGecko API and may have delays or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of market data.

8. Intellectual property

Coin Sage, including its brand, design, source code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without express authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coin Sage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: data loss, loss of profits, financial losses on investments, or damages related to the use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in case of violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting our support email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the user's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
